Bookings can be confirmed by the following means:

Face to face booking
Text/Whatsapp messages.
It is the responsibility of the customer to take note of their session times. On occasion, the workers at MySwimCo will send reminder messages to you 1 day – 3 days prior to their session. This system is still being set up for automation but we try our utmost to keep you reminded of all of your session times.
There are two types of bookings: “Bookings of a lane slot” and “Bookings of a lane”. The standard rate of “boxings of a lane slot” are at your standard rate displayed on the website. These are freely bookable with no waiting times. This means that you will have booked a slot in a public lane in the pool which your tutor carries out your session. “Bookings of a lane” differs as you have booked and paid for your own personal lane. The price between the two varies. Please contact us if you wish to hire your own private lane at your tutors facility. Please do not expect your own personal lane where the standard rate has been paid for.
If you would like your tutor to be in the pool during your session, please communicate this to them upon booking. All sessions are poolside/kayak coached unless stated otherwise.
Upon booking of your session, you are ensuring the you are free for your prospected dates. If you are unavailable for you date, you must cancel 24 hours prior to your session. Please see “Cancellation Policy”
Everyone is entitled to a free consolation session. Which includes a sit down chat to discuss goals/current level of swimming, and a short assessment session. From that stage, A session program can be planned and bookings can be confirmed.
You are allowed to change/amend your booking date up to two days prior to your session with no charge.
Bookings are made and confirmed around your schedule and the schedule of MySwimCo tutors. We understand that everyone’s schedule is different but please communicate any booking issues to your tutor.
If you have booked onto a MySwimCo bespoke program, you will be charged for the full program prior to start e.g. 12 week program of one session per week. Upon payment, you are entitled to all sessions stated in your program. Session can be booked at any date/later date. If you decide to split your program, your remainder sessions can be booked at a later date.
You are free to amend/cancel your session (date or time) up to two days prior to your session free of charge. If you wish to request a session switch or cancellation, please communicate this to your tutor ASAP. If in an emergency, please call or text: 07595493558 or email Olly@myswimco.co.uk.
Cancellations/amendments of session days or times are subject to your tutors work schedule.
If you are looking to cancel your session 1 day or less prior to your session, your session will be cancelled but no refund given.
If you have booked a program and wish to cancel one session, that session can be moved free of charge. You are entitled to all your sessions if you have purchased a program.
Refunds will be given for the following reasons:
Cancellations of individual session 2 days (48hours) or more prior to session start.
Your tutor cancels the session.
You do not wish to start your program. If you wish to cancel your program 2 or more days before, you will be refunded 100% of your payment. If you cancel your program 1 day or less prior to your first session, you will be charged the standard rate of £45 and the remainder of your program refunded.
