The standard rate of \u201cboxings of a lane slot\u201d are at your standard rate displayed on the website. These are freely bookable with no waiting times. This means that you will have booked a slot in a public lane in the pool which your tutor carries out your session. \u201cBookings of a lane\u201d differs as you have booked and paid for your own personal lane. The price between the two varies. Please contact us if you wish to hire your own private lane at your tutors facility. If you are unavailable for you date, you must cancel 24 hours prior to your session. Which includes a sit down chat to discuss goals\/current level of swimming, and a short assessment session. From that stage, A session program can be planned and bookings can be confirmed.<\/span><\/p><p id=\"viewer-4peep1452550\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 _1FoOD _3M0Fe public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">You are allowed to change\/amend your booking date up to two days prior to your session with no charge.<\/span><\/p><p id=\"viewer-4tsh11452551\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 _1FoOD _3M0Fe public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">Bookings are made and confirmed around your schedule and the schedule of MySwimCo tutors. We understand that everyone&#8217;s schedule is different but please communicate any booking issues to your tutor.<\/span><\/p><p id=\"viewer-cmwlm1452552\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 _1FoOD _3M0Fe public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">If you have booked onto a MySwimCo bespoke program, you will be charged for the full program prior to start e.g. 12 week program of one session per week. Upon payment, you are entitled to all sessions stated in your program. Session can be booked at any date\/later date.
